​​Prospecting fills the Pipeline
You need an affordable way to generate leads and build strong relationships—smart move! However, many businesses launch without a clear marketing or sales strategy, leaving them dependent on luck or referrals to attract customers. 
Step 1: Build A Custom Call List
Share your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), or we can create one for you. Then, we identify target customers using tools like Google, AI, business directories, or trade shows based on your ICP.

Step 2: Cold Call Prospects:
The process includes branding sales reps to contact and manage your call list, cold-calling new businesses, targeting relevant industries, and distributing promotional materials through various methods, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups with warm leads. Learn More

Step 3: Profile The Business: 
We identify the decision-maker or key contact, collect their business card or contact information, and report any changes to the business. We build relationships and gather essential details to advance the sale. All sales data is captured in our business development CRM, which is tailored to your business and included in the service. The information we collect is in real-time and securely stored on a secure server.​

Step 4: Build Relationships:
We assess their existing knowledge of your brand, identify the decision-maker, pinpoint pain points, explore other companies they’ve considered, and effectively promote or sell your product or service.

Step 5: Advance or Close The Sale:
Our closers have training in at least two of the following: Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, university programs, or specialized training courses. They excel in relationship building, SPIN selling, consultative selling, and closing techniques.

​Step 6: Weekly KPI Reporting
We meet with your leadership team to report on our success, opportunities, and prospect feedback. We assess whether the strategy is effective—if not, we analyze the reasons and make necessary adjustments.
