Meet The Team

Sid’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 when he founded Home-Net, a pioneering company that developed software and tools to make online shopping possible long before it became mainstream. As lead developer, he built the shopping platform, designed its algorithms, and even created delivery optimization routines for the distribution network.
Lesson #1: Too Early to Market When Home-Net closed, Sid took time to focus on his family before returning to innovation. He developed a training software program that allowed employees to learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and gave managers the ability to document and deploy processes with integrated testing over the Internet/LAN. SOPs could be printed for manuals or viewed on handheld and fixed devices capable of displaying images or video. The tool was praised by technically savvy users but struggled to gain adoption among frontline operators. Lesson #2: Understand Your Target Market |

His commitment to the arts reflects his belief in following passion over convention. Lesson #1: Do What You Love Clayton’s curiosity extends beyond the stage.
