Using PERMISSIONS
We employ a 2 factor permission strategy to eliminate unwanted conversations, phone calls, emails, and ghost interviews.

The first permission (score) is given by you the Job Poster to the Job Probability Algorithm, based on your specific skills, wages & needs from the applicant. Low matching resumes scores are rejected and high resume scores (of the Job Seeker) get sent your job posting or job details.
The second permission is given by the Job Seeker after they review the Job description, if they like what they see they will give us permission to forward their answers and resume to you the Job Poster. |
