Level 1 Sales reps

Level 1 Sales Reps are new to the Sales world but provide enthusiasm and energy and work hard to target specific account types, Cold Call, or uncover new business. They are measured on call frequency and information gathering.
They usually have less than two years experience in Sales but are experts with technology utilizing Social Media to promote or uncover new business. Experienced in using apps, web forms.

Level 2 Sales reps

Level 2 Sales Reps have a least 5 years are more experience in the field, have held more than one Sales Role, have worked in a specific industries and maintained a book of business. They are measured on developing new business opportunity's with moving the sales cycle forward.
They are trained in two or more of the following: Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, University, or some type of specialized training program. They understand Relationship Building, Spin Selling, Consultative Selling, or Closing Skills.
